aaaand the boardolympics is off!!!!! twenty people will compete for the next two months in 15 different events to find the ultimate boardgeek! there are 4 different groups of 4. my group consist of andy, ahmad, loco and myself. throughout the whole draw i was chanting 'please, not andy! please, not andy!' and look who i get... andy! he has the luck of gods! he is after all the malaysian monopoly champ! im at least fortunate enough to not get chen, i can imagine the games. we would be strangeling each other! then i got ahmad as well, ahmad is blady competitive. especially with me. andy is good in monopoly and scrabble; ahmad in; scrabble and puerto rico; loco in settlers of catan and scrabble; so where the hell is my strong point? its going to be a tough fight in our group. and all i can say is may the best person win! the other pods consist of chen, the shop representitive, is and dennis; robb, shazz, jonathan and norman; dawn, azmin, ian and swedish.
