havent blogged in awhile. been busy with chinese new year! i just got back from port dickson for my family reunion. it was held it my uncles ranch 'eagle ranch'. the place is really nice! the rooms are designed as teepees (pretty small, meant for couples), log cabins (the water from the shower comes out from a crack in the wall!), long house (its a dorm) and the one i was staying in, a traditional malay house. the rumah melayu was really cool. it of course was a house on stilts in the pond. there were basically three houses in the pond and they were connected by bridges. the shower in the place has no roof! so you get to shower in the sunlight! its really nice. the sunlight goes through the water to create rainbows! so you have white walls with rainbows everywhere! i wanted to stay in the shower forever! it was so pretty.
the reunion dinner
it was so blady boring at first. there was nothing to do! all i had was booze. and it sure helped. everyone was impressed by my drinking capabilities so we end up drinking together and i got to know my nephews. whom i hope to go clubbing with soon. they are such gentlemen. they actually made sure i was alright when i got drunk and they really took care of me! i think i was flirting outrageously with one of them! hehehehe! i couldnt help it if he had a nice body and could really sing and is a med student! i didnt mean to.... i was drunk!!! I WAS! then we went to one of the rooms to play pictionary. and everyone is really horrible at the game when they are drunk!
games
i went canoeing!!! i was so scared! i almost got tipped over in a smelly pond! ok it wasnt smelly! you could canoe around the rumah melayu and under the bridges connecting the rumah melayu together.
theres so many things to do there. horse riding, archery, blow pipes, and such! i saw actual eagles there. they made these wierd sounds that were so annoying! well i really had fun! i cant imagine spending my new year any other way!
